The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced on its website that the New Medicare Set-Aside Portal (WCMSAP) is now open and available to the public for submission of Medicare Set Asides (MSAs). It is the hope that this new portal capability will now greatly improve the efficiency of the submission process.
