MEDICAL STATE OF CALIFORNIA LIEN FOR SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATION

We were asked by a client to verify, analyze, and negotiate a State of California Medi-Cal Lien for a Settlement Negotiation. The existing Lien amount was over $125,000. After analyzing the Lien with our RiskPro® software and negotiating it with the State of California, we were able to reduce the lien by $100,000, or 80%, off the total Lien amount owed to Medi-Cal.

CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES (CMS) LIEN REDUCTION

A Client asked us to complete a Lien Negotiation and Medicare Set-Aside (MSA). We achieved a $0.00 Medicare Set Aside (MSA) and Approval from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). During the initial stages of the project, we analyzed and negotiated a $131,000 Medicare Lien Reduction utilizing our RiskPro® software. Further, this analysis was utilized for an Accelerated Claim Settlement Solution, which saved the client 50% from their existing reserve.

CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES (CMS) LIEN REDUCTION

We were asked by a Client to verify, analyze, and negotiate a Medicare Lien initially valued at $62,000. After analyzing it utilizing our RiskPro® software, and negotiating it with Medicare, we were successfully able to reduce the Medicare Lien from over $62,000 to $26,000, a 42% savings reduction thus allowing the client to settle the case within their planned strategy.

A client asked us to complete a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) with active medical treatment. We completed the Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) within the settlement guidelines utilizing our RiskPro® technology platforms. In addition we obtained re-approval by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with a $54,774.59 savings / less than our original Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) and CMS Approval of the same due to a change in the beneficiary's future medical status. Our result helped Accelerated the claim settlement for the client. In addition, we were successful at securing a zero lien from Medicare.

We were asked by a client to perform a Medicaid Lien Verification and Negotiation. The existing lien amount was over $131,000. After analyzing it with our RiskPro® software and negotiating it with Medicaid, we were able to save the Client approximately $125,000, or 96% of the original lien amount. This result helped to accelerate the client's claim settlement.

A client requested us to verify, analyze, and negotiate a Medicare Lien initially valued at $62,000. After analyzing it with our RiskPro® software and negotiating it with Medicare, we were successfully able to reduce the Medicare Lien to $8,700. This allowed the client to settle the case within their planned claim settlement strategy.

We were asked by a Client to verify, analyze, and negotiate a State of California Medi-Cal Lien for a Settlement Negotiation. The existing Lien amount was over $181,000. After analyzing the Lien with our RiskPro® software and negotiating the Lien with the State, we were able to save the client $161,000 or 89% from the total amount owed to Medi-Cal.

ERISA BLUE SHIELD PLAN LIEN VERIFICATION AND NEGOTIATION

On another case, a client requested us to complete an ERISA Blue Shield Plan Lien Verification and Negotiation. The original Lien amount was over $440,000. After analyzing it with our RiskPro® software and negotiating it with the ERISA Plan Blue Shield, we were able to reduce the Lien to zero and allow the client to save the entire original Lien amount.

MEDICARE LIEN VERIFICATION AND NEGOTIATION

We were engaged by a client to perform a Medicare Lien Verification and Negotiation. The existing Lien amount was over $141,000. After analyzing it with our RiskPro® software and negotiating with Medicare, we were able to save the Client 90% from the original total lien amount, or approximately $130,000. This result helped to accelerate the claim settlement within the client's strategy and reserves.

MEDICARE LIEN VERIFICATION AND NEGOTIATION

On another case, a client requested a Medicare Lien Verification and Negotiation. The existing Lien amount was over $73,400. After analyzing the Lien with our RiskPro® software and negotiating the Lien with Medicare, we were able to create a Lien savings of 100% from the original lien amount, for a final amount of $0.00.

MEDICARE LIEN VERIFICATION AND NEGOTIATION

A client requested us to verify, analyze, and negotiate a Medicare Lien initially valued at over $82,000. After analyzing it with our RiskPro® software and negotiating it with Medicare on appeal after the Demand Letter was issued, we were successfully able to reduce the Medicare Lien to just over $27,000. This resulted in a 67% savings reduction off the Original Final Demand Amount allowing the client to settle the case within their planned claim settlement strategy.

CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES (CMS) LIEN REDUCTION

A Client asked us to complete a Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) and Lien Negotiation. In working with the CMS Review Center we were able to obtain a $38,996 savings for the parties based predominately upon a change in the medical status of the case. Subsequently we also were able to achieve a Lien of zero. This result helped to accelerate the claim settlement within the client's strategy and reserves.
